Raven Cliffs, GA: The places I've never seen

So this past weekend, we thought we'd visit an old favorite and check out Raven Cliffs. Honestly, it's been maybe 3 years since I've been to see it and a lot has changed since my last trip. Chris went last spring and noticed that things have changed since then as well. For the start, they flipped the bridge back over. It still has a slant to it, so if it's wet, you'll have issues crossing it.

Along the way to the cliffs, we noticed that the smaller falls along the way were more noticeable. In fact, looks like someone had gone in and cleaned up the brush that has always blocked the view AND created small foot paths to get to these falls. So, Chris and I decided we'd stop and climb down to take pictures of as many of these falls as we could. Some were just too clogged up with logs to make a good picture, but most were amazing! I had no idea how large they were until we got to them.

The first set of falls. One thing we noticed when we got there was how crystal clear the water was. You could see down 5 feet into the water and it looked like it was only inches deep. Beautiful!

One the big trees we saw along the way. We thought we'd take a picture of it since it was hanging so close over the edge that the next time we go, it might not be there.

These falls are HUGE! I'd say they were close to maybe a 25' drop, maybe? Just amazing!

The Love Tree that we stopped to take pictures of on the way back to the car. This was a neat tree because it was pretty much hollowed out from the bottom up.
